Person-Centered Support & Goal Development in Idaho
Individualized support based on each person's abilities, preferences, needs, and personal goals. RHI works alongside individuals, families, guardians, and care teams to encourage progress and meaningful quality of life.
What does this support include?
- Individualized behavioral and emotional support
- Goals built around the person's own preferences
- Coordination with families, guardians, TSC's and case managers
- Ongoing communication with the support team
Who can receive these services?
Adults with disabilities who qualify for and need residential habilitation services. Support is based on each individual's approved service plan, needs, and goals.
